Joachim Hensch

Managing Director

Joachim has an holistic knowledge in garment manufacturing, tech and innovation. Starting as a tailor in bespoke couture, he became managing director of the biggest HUGO BOSS Group factory (3800 employees) in 2015.

Transfering the whole organization into a flexible and reactive Smart Factory with implementation of industry 4.0 measures is his key goal – and preparing for a highly volatile, demanding and impatient market means that he is in the forefront of innovation excellence.
